Every autumn we revel in the beauty of the color. The mixture of yellow, red, and orange is the result of a process that takes place in the tree as the seasons change from summer to winter.Â
Â
Did you ever wonder how and why a fall leaf changes color?
It knows it is time to change. It knows what it needs to do. The result of the palette of colors is truly breathtaking.Â

Do you feel like you need to change your colors or adjust your business strategy?
Here is one example of a business who had to change their colors/strategy to adapt to the climate.
For context - I’m on the Board for the Norfolk Small Business Association (my town) and my role is Membership.Probably not much of a surprise to those of you who know me, having 20 years experience with recruiting, being a networker/business owner, it’s a natural role for me to take on. I stop by businesses in town, introduce myself, and tell them about the mission and benefits of https://norfolkmasba.org/
A case in point:
I stopped by one business I pass almost everyday. They used to sell snow plows, and as of a few months ago they started selling golf carts.
After introducing myself and learning more about their business, I inquired, I see you’re now selling golf carts, how’s that going?
The owner said, well, it hasn’t really snowed here in New England in 2 years and I had to do something. Word of mouth is traveling for him rapidly as many customers are coming into his business saying, I want a golf cart better than or similar too…their friend who referred them.Â
